Design and implement an in-house initiative to better communicate and increase awareness of the company’s best practices for effectively implementing shipment logistics.

A virtual river rafting game was conceived to represent team collaboration and the idea of progression towards a successful goal.
Solution
We designed an online game to track the companies international departments effectiveness in fulfilling logistical transportation & shipping work orders. A website promoted and hosted the game experience. A virtual river rafting game was conceived to represent team collaboration and the idea of progression towards a successful goal. Progression and final completion of the river was linked to true data of each teams real word logistical effectiveness. Internal shipping report data was converted into visual progression and scoring within the game UI for each team. Teams won awards & bonuses accordingly.
